Program Description
EmployAIQ sends automated SMS messages to end users on behalf of small businesses registered on the platform. Message types include appointment reminders, booking confirmations, customer support responses, and follow-up notifications.

We collect explicit written consent from end users at the point of scheduling or inquiry. Consent is obtained via a checkbox on the booking form or contact form that states:
"By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from this business via EmployAIQ. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time."
No SMS messages are sent prior to consent being collected.
Data Use
Phone numbers and consent records are used solely to send the communications the user consented to. Phone numbers are never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
Opt-Out Instructions
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. To re-subscribe, reply START.
